Name Changes of Registration

Should any participant be unable to attend, the Registration may be transferred to another colleague without any additional charge.
We would appreciate if you could inform the Secretariat Desk at info@congressworld.gr in such case ideally at least 1 week prior to the beginning of the Congress.

Cancellation Policy of Registration

Written notification of cancellation should be sent to info@congressworld.gr
For written cancellations sent until February 15th 2024, the amount of deposit will be refunded, minus a 30.00 (€) EUR cancellation fee.
Refunds will not be possible for cancellations that will be made after February 16th 2024.
